Remedial massage is to help heal your body. A variety of techniques, like deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling and stretching are used to aid your body in healing and making you feeling better.

Sports Massage
Helping to get you back into action
A sports massage is used to help you prepare for your events, to aid recovery and prevent injuries. Pre and post event massages will usually be lighter than maintenance massages to aid with recovery and to not interfere with your event.
